Who Am I: Im Tyler. Im 21 years old and I live in La Belle, Florida and I'm a Firefighter.

Hardware/Internet: Emachines/AMD Athlon Processor/4GB/NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT. My Internet is CenturyLink highspeed internet. I also have a Asus G50V gaming laptop with 5GB's and a Nvidia Geforce 9800m GS 512mb.

Armory: Antii

Spec: Currently my spec is 18/0/53 Resto build. I also have the 24/0/47 IS pvp spec. When i get a couple more items my os will be the 58/0/13 Boomkin build.

Professions: Right now I'm a Jewlcrafter/Herbalist, I recently switched Mining for Jewlcrafting. I will also be dropping Herbalist for Alchemy as soon as I farm the mats to power level it.

Guild/Raiding History: I started raiding with a guild called Better off dead on realm BloodHoof. I was there main progression hunter for Karazhan and Zul'aman. Due to fail people in the guild we really didnt get to far past Zul'aman as a guild. I started to pug with a couple good guilds from the server and did some SSC, Hyjal and BT. After doing that for a couple months I took a break to focus on school due to dropping grades.                                                                                                                                                                                          
    I came back about a month later when Wrath was coming out. I leveled my Hunter and Warrior to 80 and started to do Nax with Better off Dead. After about a month of that me and a couple friends transfered to Blackrock due to Better off Dead going nowhere. From there I joined a guild called Icecrown Royal. I raided Nax and some of ulduar with them, till i took another break due to Irl issues. When i came back I really wasnt raiding to much just pvping. One of my friends asked me to do RAF with him so I said ok. I made an Alliance druid named Antii on Kil'jaeden realm, leveled him to 80 did a couple of Toc 10mans and then transfered to Bonechewer as and Horde druid named Antii. The reason i transfered to Bonechewer was because me and a friend decided to make a called called Immortal darkness, but due to lack of raid progession and lazy ppl I gdisband it and joined Postal service. While I was in Postal Service we cleared 10/25 man toc, 10 man togc Isanity and 2/5 togc 25man. Also in ICC  I'm 10/12 10man and 7/12 25 man.

 My Alts: TJJ 80 Hunter, Hulkbash 80 Warrior, Antrix 80 DeathKnight(Icecrown server), Antiz 67 Warlock, Antipwnz 60 Priest, Antipwn 33 Paladin. I also used to have an 80 Paladin and a 80 shaman.

 Why I Am Applying to Civilian: I want to be in a guild with smart dedicated players who will not give up on an encounter just after 1 or 2 attempts. Also my current guild Postal service has stopped doing 25 mans and are only focusing on 10mans. I'm also looking to be in a guild where people are actually serious about progression.

Why Civilian Should Want Me: I think I would be a great addition to Civilian because I show up for raids on time. Also I come prepared and I'll give 150% at all times and I'm willing to sit there for hour's to down content. I also have a clear understanding of my class and know how to play it to the fullest.

What I Need To Improve: First person impressions always used to get to me, but iI have learned to always look "deeper" in and understand thing's the way other's do or why they do what they do. For example someone's standing in fire they could have had major lag or could have disconnected. For other's ...... well...........they need to work on their awareness. =P

The Hardest Lesson I Learned In WoW: The hardest lesson I learned was to keep my mind focused on the fight at all time's. Alway's keep my eye's open to everything that's going on as awareness is a must for all fight's these day's. Some fight's require a bit of tunnel vision healing and I have been able to balance both with ease now.  

My Role in Raiding: My role in raiding would be to do my assignment also to help other healers with there assignment if possible/needed.

My Favorite Raid Bosses: One of my favorite raid bosses would have to be The Big Bad Wolf for the Opera Event in Karazhan. I thought this fight was really funny when someone would get turned into The Little Red Riding Hood. We would bet gold on who would be the first one to turn into her and it was just funny watching them run around the room as a little girl. =D

Welcome to our application process.  Can you describe for me your expectations for raiding when you join?

How do you heal?  What are your keybinds?  What do you click?  How do you heal and move at the same time?

Describe for me when you might change specs or glyphs in icecrown.

1. You said you are switching herbalism out for Alchemy.  Tell us why?
2. You are a firefighter.  How will this effect your ability to attend raids?  What is a standard shift schedule look like for you?
3. You have a history of playing for a while and taking a break.  While we don't expect folks to stay forever it can hurt the entire guild's progression when somebody leaves during a key time in progression.  Convince me this isn't a hazard with you.
4. How do you feel about doing your healing assignment when you think it isn't the right thing to do?  Be honest.
5. You said "I havent died to standing in fire yet!"  That is a bold statement.  This tells me you've either never been anywhere near fire or you're fibbing just a little or you are super awsome alert danger dude!  Which is it?

In response to mysty's #5.... he's a firefighter.. obviously... jeeez

1) your resto gearing looks good by my eye, buuuut regarding glyphs.. why the old school rejuv glyph and not rapid rejuv?

2) Do you have any experience playing boomkin and what are the optimum set bonuses to pick up?

3) when cooked and served. What sort of flavor do most people relate with moonkin meat? a) beef b)pork c)chicken d)gazelle

Me and Noobe have hung out in vent alot and the way he talk's about Civilian, made me appreciate the dedication that Civilian put's into there raids and how mature there player's are. Which is what im expect in a raid.

How do you heal?
Healing is all situational which I know you know this Gurruk. Let's take BloodQueen for example, I'm going to have Rejuvenation's on the raid at all time's. I will have the tanks backed up with Rejuvenation and regrowth's. Now on melee i will also have them Wild Growthed since there is no point putting it on the ranged since there spread out so far.

How do you heal and move at the same time?
Let's take Professor Putricide for example I will have  Rejuvenation on everyone, the only time i will stop moveing is to refresh regrowth on the tanks and cast nourish, then im moveing again. The reason I can move around well is because i have gotten used to my keybinding's.




Describe for me when you might change specs or glyphs in icecrown.
As of right now for regular ICC I really dont change my glyphs or spec to much. The only fight I change my spec for is Dreamwalker and only if I'm healing her, also I would change my wg glyph out for the nourish glyph. The only thing I gain from herbalism is a small heal that isn't even that great. Now Alchemy will allow me to create my own flask's, potion's and elixer's. I can also beable to make flask's and potion's for guild member's, and it will let me save a little gold even though gold is not hard to make. Not to mention the extend duration on flack's for me.

2.Currently my schedule is very good with raiding time, if my schedule was to change I would inform you guys way ahead of time. the only thing that would make me miss a raid would be if we had half of florida on fire or we are missing someone.

3.The reason why I took so many breaks back then was because I wa going to school and living with my parents. Now that I'm not attending school for live with my parents I have full control ove my schedule. I do not plan on leaving this game anytime soon.

4.If I think there is something wrong with the healing assignment I will give my opion of why we should do it differently, but it's up to the person giving the assignment's out.

5. The main reason why I said this was because I'am a Firefighter and im still alive. Also I'm always very alert when it come's to raiding.

1. I heard in HM ICC 10/25 it is quite useful(rapid rejuv) but currently I do not think it's that good for normal mode's, as i prefer it lasting 18 seconds rather than 10-11 seconds(depending on haste). It helps greatly on some fights(incase green slime on proffeser hits raid) most ppl will drop below 50% health ans it will heal them faster. I recently switched from nourish to glyph of rejuv(old), but it's more of a situational glyph than it is a perma glyph.

2. I do have experience I woulden't say im the best at it, I mainly play resto but i can play boomkin. The optimum set bonuses go something like this 4pc t9 -> 2pc t9 & 2pc t10 -> 4pc t10 so t9 2pc and t10 2pc.

Generally we like folks to have 2 professions that buff their character's stats.  In the case of alchemy the 2 hour flasks are nice in terms of your costs to raid, but definately don't boost your stats.  However, the same buff that boosts the length of your flasks also boosts the effectiveness of your flasks:  Mixology

Mixology Buff to Flasks

• Flask of Endless Rage = 244 AP (64 AP increase)
• Flask of the Frost Wyrm = 172 SP (47 SP increase)
• Flask of Stoneblood = 1950 HP (650 HP increase)
• Flask of Pure Mojo = 65 MP5 (20 MP5 increase)

A tidbit for your future as a balance druid(possibly):

You have to stack crit to crit to have a chance on crit to proc an ability that makes crit useless to use an ability that favors haste, then crit to proc another ability that procs haste to make haste useless. Repeat.

 Even though im new to the guild. Ive played with Antii on quite a few occasions, during both boomkin and resto. And he has a very good understanding of his class and is aware of his surroundings.
