Mission
Civilian is a hard-core raiding guild where players of like mind and desire can come together and experience end-game facets of the World of Warcraft. Civilian guild will achieve the highest success in all aspects of the World of Warcraft end-game. Our goal is to explore and conquer all the content Blizzard provides and be among the best on Bonechewer.
Membership
- We are a guild of active, dedicated and mature players.
- World of Warcraft is our hobby, not "just a game".
- We work together as a team.
- We don't whine, b i t c h and complain because everything isn't catered to us as an individual.

Code of Conduct
- Bring No Dishonor to the Guild
- Within the guild, we strive to make everybody feel welcome, regardless of their gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, sensitivity to crude language, or fascination with anatomy.
- Outside the guild, we strive to make Civilian respected by both factions for our fairness, our trustworthiness, our maturity, and our unity.
- Real life topics such as religion, politics and any other controversial issues are to be taken elsewhere, not in guild chat or on our forums except off-topic.
- Drama is not tolerated. You will not like everyone and everyone will not like you, we are here to play the game and beat the content, not make you feel warm and fuzzy.
Ranks
Civilian rank:
Core raiding team. These members are responsible for their raiding spot on all raids. Civilian ranked member expected to be engaged, involved, and a part of the raiding progression 100%. When you are applying for Civilian rank you must be able to meet our attendance requirements during your trial period 100% and then after that have 90% attendance for progression raiding. This means you can miss one night every two weeks. If you are going to be out (vacation or otherwise) it is your responsibility to find a bench member to be online in your spot.
Bench rank:
Backup raiders. These members are either partial raiders or their class is currently filled on the main raiding team, however they will be called on to fill in spots that Civilian rank members need filled and are expected to be fully prepared. In order for a Bench rank member to hold their status in our guild, they are expected to be active in the guild and to be in contact with leadership if their participation or availability will be changing. Bench Ranked members of exceptional talent and skill will be called in on progression on a case by case basis. We raid alot so most of our bench is easily full-geared and has plenty of raid time.
Homie rank:
Social members. These members are in the guild due to real life friends or family currently in the guild. If the member who sponsored them into the guild leaves, the Homie member will be removed as well.
Noob rank:
New members. If the member was invited to be a raider, the member will need to show consistant activity in order to be promoted to Civilian or Bench rank after a 4 to 6 week trial. If the member was invited to be a Homie, they will stay at Noob status for one full month to get to know the guild and vice versa.
Promotions, demotions and removals are done on a weekly basis.
Raiding
Currently we raid Heroic Toc 10/25 man.
Our raid progression schedule for 25 man TOC Heroic is:
- Tuesday - 5:30pm (PULL TIME)- 9:30pm server time
- Wednesday - 5:30pm (PULL TIME) - 9:30pm server time
- Thursday - 5:30pm (PULL TIME) - 9:30pm server time
Our 10 man raids, public raids, and pvp activities are ran on off nights starting usually 5:30 or 6:30 until whenever.
We use Ventrillo for our voice chat and require that everyone have a working mic.
Whatever required add-ons we are using at the time, will be communicated to the guild.
Loot
Furor System, aka officer assigned.
Guild Bank
Used only for raiding and progression. All bank requests go through Gurruk either via in game tell, in game mail or private message on Civilian forums.
