Even if you like relative stat values, these are very old (Naxx gear?) numbers.

I apologize for that link, i was under the impression that that was updated when needed, that being said you are right those numbers are completely off.

I have been having issues with me Enhsim calculator, but due to the lack of correct ep values I finally figured out how to get the simulator working and calculated my own personal EP values.

Here are the EP results given from my gear/spec and current Output:

You're sim is set up wrong.  You shouldnt have a 0.0 for expertise.  You need to lower your expertise (and hit, but it looks like youre already undercap) in Enhsim so that you are just under cap, else gear with hit and expertise will have lower than normal values.

 

I also suggest using RAWR.  Last I played it was finally updated to better fit enhancement.  In addition, the guy who works on Enhsim, now works on RAWR.  Use RAWR to determine possible upgrades, take that gear set up and export your stats to EnhSim, then run DPS sims.

Yea I was looking at the number for expertise, but because it was capped, when I Ran the EP values it said that it wouln't calculate it because I was capped. Anyway yeah I will download Rawr I was not aware that the viability for Enh is better now, last time I discovered rawr wasn't ideal for enhance. Thanks for the tips Irsskan.
