Brandini - Level 80 FEMALE Orc Hunter

Level 80 Hunter applying for Raider.... Guild Master maybe??

    My Story:

I'm Brandon, 19, and am currently going to school at Mizzou (University of Missouri, Columbia). I've been playing WoW for a longer time that I care to admit and have stuck with my hunter since day 1. Aside from Warcraft I workout, play lacrosse, volleyball, and now being in college, bust my ass in school.

    My Character:

    Explanation:

I'll admit right now I don't theorycraft, or read elitistjerks like I used to. I started raiding in Lick King as survival, but grew tired of it as that was my spec throughout most of my level 70 career. Then I switched to MM just to see how it compared. Specced MM, got the rotations down and that is what I dps with now. I gem for agility over arp simply because I do not have a arp trinket that will push me to that cap I need. I think my arp is somewhere at 500? so if I get a trinket like that I might play around with gemming for arp and speccing for it. Hunter itemization hasn't changed from level 70 as far as gemming an enchanting goes so that is that. I've been leatherworking since level 60 and am currently at 425. I have the bracer enchant which is all I really need it for. I just power leveled jewelcrafting a couple weeks ago and have the 34 agility cut and the armor pen cut as well. So that explains my professions. All this being said, if I raid more into progression I would go back to my old ways of reading page after page of theories and do a much better job of min/maxing and pushing my dps like I used to.

    Guild History/Raiding History:

In vanilla I raided with Rerolled. It was a smaller guild and we really only raided ZG and AQ 20. Then as BC got closer I started raiding with Gilead's Blood. That continued well into BC and when GB decided to split and join with the Warpigs I left. I applied to Civilian right around when you guys were doing KT. Started raiding and eventually was progression team as Illidan was dieing. All of my Lich King experience was with Unbroken. I joined when the GM asked me if I wanted to be apart of it. I accepted as being a casual raider. Now that I am starting to raid more (with pugs) and whatnot I realize there is only guild I really want to progress with. Guess who that is??!! Bet ya can't. ;)

    Vanilla:

    ZG cleared

    AQ 20 cleared

    MC cleared

    BWL cleared to Nef

    Ony cleared

    Burning Crusade:

    Everything cleared

    Lich King:

Toc 10 cleared (Through Twins on ToGC)

    Toc 25 cleared

ICC 10 cleared to Blood Queen (minus Putricide)

    ICC 25 cleared First Wing

*I made my comeback to WoW after TOC was released. So I didn't really progress into Naxx or Ulduar. I did the stand alone raids like Ony and OS but when I came back progression was into TOC so the older raids kinda got thrown by the wayside with me. I don't have that much Hardmode experience, but I know how to raid, I am aware of my surroundings... when I'm not distracted that is... and I've killed shit with you guys for awhile and trust everyone of you. I hold myself accountable when I mess up, but I can also get stuff done whenever you need me too... Especially misdirecting people who don't wear shields or plate. (I'm really good at this)

    Alts:

I've noticed in Wrath how easy it easy to gear up and level toons. I said to myself I'd never level anything again. Now I find myself leveling a Pally named Fallingrace. She's 24 right now and my roommate and I are doing it when we get bored.

    Why Civilian:

Well if you were able to answer my question earlier, Civilian is the only guild I see myself raiding with and progressing with. I cleared Sunwell with you guys and granted, Sunwell drove me to a year away from this game... I would have never had the fun I did if it wasn't for Civ's enviroment and the people I raided beside. So my reason for joining Civilian is pretty self explanatory. I'm here to kill things with the best community in gaming.

    Why you guys want me?????

I dono, why would you guys want me? Hunters are pretty numerous, and bosses don't seem to put up much of a fight... Minus hardmodes. You guys raided with me for a long time so if you feel that I play my class well enough to progress again with you then that's your decision. I can talk about myself, but your opinion means more than mine at this point. I know how to play my class.

I'm taking some stuff from Neckface's app simply because it's been a long time since I've written one of these... So...

    Hardest lesson learned in WoW:

The hardest lesson I learned is that taking a break is always needed. It was hard simply because of how hard this game is to walk away from. I find myself with free time when Im hanging out doing nothing and this game is so easy to pick up when you are bored. So I just learned how to walk about from it for a long... long... time. I took my year off, am now able to step away from the game whenever I want, but when I play I want to raid. My schedule in school allows me to make every single raid needed and I have no problem being on for those raids if I am needed. When I step away from the game it's to go home for a weekend, or to drive and see my girlfriend. So aside from the casual weekends during the week I will always be here. Come summer I do not know what will happen. But I am not taking another extended break from WoW or Civilian. That kinda turned into my ending paragraph but I just wanted to say that seeing as how I was removed previously for extended innactivity.

So in closing.... I love you guys!

    P.S.

Neuro wants me back so you have to invite me!

Hey Brandini.  What's your plan for the rest of the expansion.  Do you feel your time commitment is going to remain for 3 months or more?

Yeah it will remain steady. Class schedule won't change. Only time I will be completely out is from June 8th to the 22nd when I will be over in Europe.

Yeah, I actually got hacked here not too long ago. I wasn't gonna buy one, but I found out the iPhone has an authenticator app. So I have that now. I even got the Core Hound pup!
